How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to provide and improve the PostBooks service. Your uploaded payroll files are parsed to generate journal entries. Account mappings are saved so you can reuse them in future uploads. We may use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the product.
Payroll Data Handling
We understand payroll data is sensitive. Your uploaded files are stored securely and are only accessible to your account. We do not share, sell, or provide access to your payroll data to any third party. Payroll files are processed server-side and are never used for training, analytics, or any purpose beyond generating your journal entries.

Your Rights
You can access, update, or delete your account and all associated data at any time. If you delete your account, all your uploaded files, mappings, journal entries, and exports will be permanently removed. To request data deletion or export, contact us at the email below.
